Private Group Service
Alaska Rural Transit provides private transportation for one group at a time. Trips are not shared shuttle rides or fixed-schedule transit. Service may accommodate up to 6 passengers depending on luggage and available space, with one complimentary stop up to 1 hour on qualifying routes.

Core Routes
Common core route requests include Anchorage ↔ Talkeetna, Talkeetna ↔ Denali, and Anchorage ↔ Denali. These routes are commonly requested by visitors, climbers, lodge guests, families, and travelers connecting between airports, hotels, rail service, and rural Alaska destinations.

Selected Destinations
Additional destination requests may include Alyeska, Girdwood, Alaska Wildlife Conservation Center, Whittier, Seward, Valdez, Fairbanks, Glennallen, Tok, Homer, Hope, Moose Pass, Sterling, Kenai, Ninilchik, Willow, Eagle River, Palmer, Wasilla, and other selected Alaska locations by request.

Special Travel Needs
Alaska Rural Transit may also help with Cruise Ship Connections, Flight Delays / Missed Connections, Climbers & Expedition Transportation, Salmonfest / Ninilchik travel, Alaska State Fair travel, Girdwood Forest Fair travel, luggage-heavy trips, and changed Alaska travel plans when availability allows.

Rates and Booking
Published rates are listed on the Rates & Routes page. Submitting a quote request does not reserve transportation. A reservation is confirmed only after Alaska Rural Transit reviews the request, accepts the trip, and receives the required deposit or prepayment.
